This Training Programme Has Changed My Life!

My main goal when I started the Fitness is My Life Challenge was to lose stubborn belly fat. What I achieved with Marc’s encouragement and support was far more than this. I lost a total of 22lbs. Overall my level of fitness and strength has improved and I have generally toned up. A big part of the programme was nutrition and healthy eating and Marc provided personalised nutrition support throughout the challenge.
On a personal note Marc was clearly committed and did everything he could to help me reach my goals. I can honestly say that joining the programme has changed my life. It is definitely one of the best decisions I have made. I would definitely recommend joining the Fitness Challenge
