Sports Therapy is an aspect of healthcare that is specifically concerned with the prevention of injury and the rehabilitation of the patient back to optimum levels of functional, occupational and sports specific fitness, regardless of age and ability.
Our sports injury clinic offers a range of treatment options to help you get back to performing at your best.
Note: Due to coronavirus regulations, our clinic is currently closed and we expect to start offering mobile services in the coming weeks. We expect to resume mobile treatments as soon as lockdown restrictions are lifted.

Following an initial consultation and assessment of your injury or symptoms, your therapist will advise on a suitable treatment plan.
Your treatment plan may include a combination of:
- Deep tissue remedial massage
- Joint mobilisation techniques
- Neuromuscular therapy
- Myofascial release
- Soft tissue therapy
- Muscle energy techniques
- Stretching and flexibility routines
- Strength and conditioning exercises
- Injury rehabilitation exercise programme
- Kinesio taping
- Nutritional supplements and aftercare
At your first session, your therapist will perform an initial assessment and medical history review to outline a treatment plan using a combination of the techniques advised above.
We are currently offering 45 minute treatments as part of our efforts to work with the local community to provide support to anyone looking for some pain relief and relaxation at home, in line with current government guidelines.
Follow-up sessions will be advised by your therapist.

If you can no longer attend your appointment for any reason, you should contact your therapist in the first instance. Wherever possible, we will try to reschedule your requested appointment.
If you cancel on the day of your appointment, your therapist reserves the right to charge for your missed treatment at the next appointment.
