Level 4 Personal Trainer & Sports Therapist
Marc has been running Fitness Is My Life since 2015 after spending his teenage years competing at regional and national level in many sports including swimming, tennis, hockey and martial arts.
However, Marc was never motivated to train or get into fitness in his youth, often feeling left out and ‘weak’ in comparison to his classmates. After flunking the bleep test at age 12, Marc realised he no longer wanted to be that kid that couldn’t do anything sporty and from that moment on, embarked on completely transforming his fitness.
Through years of sports coaching and personal training, Marc has learned a great deal about how the body moves, functions and responds to regular exercise and balanced nutrition.
Since stepping into the world of injury rehabilitiation and sports therapy in 2019 by opening the Fitness Is My Life sports injury clinic, Marc has already helped thousands of clients release pain, shed unwanted pounds and improve their overall strength and confidence in the gym.
In addition to working with you 121 in the studio, we have a range of options to support you on your fitness journey at home or when you are ready to venture back to the gym using our state-of-the-art online personal training options.

We also understand the benefits of being part of a strong support community and this is why our bootcamps have also proved a popular addition to individualised support.
