Our boot camp programme offers a selection of high-intensity, short-burst exercise workouts in a friendly, fun environment. We will divide groups into teams with challenges to keep you motivated and engaged.
Our programme uses a combination of endurance, strength and cardio exercises using body weight and light resistance equipment. You are welcome to bring your own equipment including exercise mats and drinking bottle. If you wish to bring your own additional training equipment such as resistance bands or weights, please ask one of our instructors first about what is appropriate.
Every new member will be asked to complete a short questionnaire and consultation so that we can best meet your needs.

We’ll have a range of stations to work your way round with fitness challenges thrown in to give your training programme a boost.
