That’s what you get in your adult life. 25,000 times you get to open your eyes, face the day, and decide what to do next. I don’t know about you, but I’ve let a lot of those mornings slip by.

Many people ask me how I manage to achieve so much in my life and how I have become so successful working with so many clients and continue to have lots of energy and time to do all the things I want to do in life.

Let me share my secret morning routine for success with you!



My morning success routine

0430 Wake up (Yup, I do suggest setting your alarm for 0430!)
Bathroom Refreshment – wash face and eyes, brush teeth, moisturise face
Drink cold pint of water with slice of lemon (the acidity of the lemon helps to kickstart your body’s metabolism to burn away excess fat)
0445 Get my running gear on
0500 Drink shot of Ionix Supreme over ice
Pre-workout snacks:
  • slice of toast + healthy spread (peanut butter, avocado, hummus, olive oil, cottage cheese, light cream cheese, ricotta)
  • IsaLean shake
  • 6 oz. of sweetened yoghurt with 1-2 oz. of cheese
  • eggs with salsa
  • glass of milk + apple or pear + berries
0515 Morning Activity:
30 minute run or cycle + stretching/yoga
0600 Warm shower
0615 Breakfast
Post-workout snacks:
  • Bowl of rice + roasted veg
  • Oatmeal mixed with almond milk + grapefruit or mixed berries (optionally add 30g whey protein of your favourite flavour)
  • Scrambled eggs with spinach
  • Bagel with scrambled eggs + turkey sausages with selection of fruit
  • Blueberry pancakes with sugar-free syrup
  • 1 oz. of Isagenix e-shot
0645  Get dressed
0700 Meditation/Journaling:
Use a guided mediation from youtube or your favourite motivational podcast
Keep a journal of how your feeling and what you want to achieve today
If it’s the beginning of your week try to set goals for the rest of the week or over a longer time period
0730 Daily Planning:
Plan your actions in your calendar allowing time for meeting clients or pre-scheduled team meetings and allow free time to enjoy your favourite daily activities
Remember to schedule those actions you enjoy least as early as possible in the day to get them done first and free up time for those things you want to do
0800  Start your day 🙂
