When you register, you will be asked to complete an online health assessment to understand if there are any considerations we would need to make for your training plan or adaptations during the workouts so that it is safe and effective for you to participate in the sessions.

Program Schedule and Pricing
Beach fitness sessions are scheduled every Monday, Wednesday and Thursday at 10am and 7pm.
The 6 week program gives you access to 3 sessions a week for 6 weeks and is priced at €120 per person.
The 6 week program includes:
- access to 3 beach fitness workouts per week,
- 6 week body transformation nutrition guide,
- access to our state-of-the-art Fitness Is My Life fitness and nutrition app with additional workout plans and extensive exercise library,
- initial check-in, week 3 check-in and week 6 check-in to track your results,
- weekly challenges and extra motivational activities to boost your results,
- access to our online fitness community
